By accessing our website, purchasing our products, registering for services, or using any iSaral platform, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue the use of our services immediately.

iSaral provides business automation and technology services including but not limited to:

  • TallyPrime sales, setup, customization & support
  • CRM software & AI automation systems
  • HRMS software solutions
  • Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) services
  • Business automation consulting
  • Website & AI integration services
  • Cloud software implementation
  • Technical support & maintenance services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.


3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have legal authorization
  • Provide accurate business and contact information
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes
  • Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials

You are solely responsible for activities conducted under your account or organization credentials.


4. Payments & Billing

All pricing for products and services is displayed on our website, quotations, invoices, or proposals shared by iSaral.

  • Payments must be completed before activation of paid services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • All invoices are subject to applicable GST and taxes.
  • Subscription-based services may renew automatically unless cancelled.
  • Delayed payments may result in suspension of services.

We reserve the right to revise pricing at any time without prior notice.


5. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the specific product or service purchased.

  • Tally software licenses are non-refundable once activated.
  • Digital Signature services are non-refundable after processing.
  • Custom development or implementation services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Subscription cancellations stop future billing but do not guarantee refunds for previous payments.

For billing disputes, customers must contact us within 7 days of the transaction date.


6. User Responsibilities

You agree NOT to:

  • Use our platforms for illegal or fraudulent activities
  • Attempt unauthorized access to servers or systems
  • Copy, distribute, or resell our proprietary software or content
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful scripts
  • Misuse automation systems or communication platforms

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or permanent termination.


7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, software systems, branding elements, graphics, content, UI designs, source code, and documentation on iSaral platforms are the intellectual property of iSaral Business Solutions unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of our services without written permission.


8. Third-Party Services

Certain services may integrate with third-party platforms including:

  • Tally Solutions
  • Razorpay
  • WhatsApp Business
  • Google Services
  • Cloud hosting providers
  • Payment gateways

iSaral is not responsible for downtime, pricing changes, security issues, or operational failures caused by third-party platforms.


9. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

iSaral shall not be liable for:

  • Business losses or revenue interruption
  • Data loss due to third-party failures
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Technical delays beyond our control
  • User misuse or incorrect configurations

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service.


10. Service Support

Support timelines may vary depending on the service plan purchased.

  • Standard support is available during business hours.
  • Priority support may be provided under AMC or premium plans.
  • Response times are not guaranteed unless defined in SLA agreements.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Fraudulent activity is detected
  • Payments remain overdue
  • Systems are intentionally misused

Termination does not remove outstanding payment obligations.


12. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using iSaral services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.


13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically without prior notice.

Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.


14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed under the laws of India.

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka courts.
