Marketing Executive

We are looking for a results-driven and creative Marketing Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing marketing plans and strategies targeted at our target market. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for creating initiatives to increase brand awareness, maximize sales, and generate leads. The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and be able to work independently.

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies.
• Work with the team to create marketing materials such as sales brochures, flyers, videos, etc.
• Develop and execute campaigns to increase brand recognition and generate leads.
• Monitor the performance and effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies/tactics accordingly.
• Monitor industry trends and make recommendations for improvement.
• Establish relationships with key partners and vendors to maximize marketing effectiveness.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
• Track all marketing initiatives and provide timely progress reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, Social Media advertising, or a related field.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Understanding of digital marketing and social media best practices.
