Business Development Executive (Preferred Male Candidates)

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Executive will generate leads, build strong client relationships, and close sales to achieve our sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Identify and contact potential clients to present services and products
Research customer needs and develop customized sales strategies
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat sales
Negotiate and close deals
Update sales records in the company’s database
Participate in client meetings, conferences, and trade shows
Assist in the development of promotional materials
Provide feedback to colleagues and management
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a relevant sales role.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's or master's degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred.
At least 1 year of industry sales experience for a bachelor's Degree.
