Foreign Individuals
The Class 3 DSC for foreign individuals is meant for foreigners, NRIs, or people residing outside India who do not wish to include any organization in their certificate. This DSC can be used for signing purposes.
1. Applicant latest photo
2. Identity proof, the scanned copy of Passport/Local Govt issued identity/PAN/OCI passport can be submitted.
3. Address proof the scanned copy of passport/OCI passport/local government-issued id having address/bank details having address/Driving License/any utility bills in the name of applicant
issued within three months/ document issued from the embassy with residential address can be provided.
4. Mail id & mobile number along with country code.
Note: In video, the applicant needs to show all original documents which are uploaded in the portal
