Commercial Terms provided to customers.
When buying an item, you agree, You are responsible for reading the full information before buying it. The prices we charge for using our products / services are listed on our website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products / services displayed at any time.
Refund Policy
Our All Items are non refundable and non returnable. iSaral does not provide any refund for any service provided. If iSaral denies service to an applicant who has already paid the fees, in that case, fees is refunded.
Cancellation Charges:
Tally Software :
Once a licence is activated, it cannot be cancelled. Before activation, Cancellation charges of Rs.1000 will be charged and remaining amount will be refunded within 15 days
DSC
DSC is approved from the department, it cannot be cancelled.
Warranties & Responsibilities for our products and services
As we deal with Software’s there is no warranty on all our products and services provided by us.
Account Suspension/Termination
iSaral may temporarily or permanently suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason.
Shipping policies
Our standard shipping charges are Rs. 60 across karnataka and Rs.120 across india. We usually ship the product within 1 working day, and delivery time is 1-4 working days. Charges may change depending on the courier prices.
