Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Social media manager to administer our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts, and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy:
- Conduct research on current social media trends and audience preferences.
- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the company's marketing and business goals.
- Content Creation and Publishing:
- Generate original and compelling text, image, and video content for daily postings.
- Manage the scheduling and publishing of social media content at optimal times for maximum impact.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media efforts.
- Analyze engagement data and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of campaigns.
- Brand Consistency:
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to maintain brand consistency across social media channels.
- Respond to queries from followers and monitor customer reviews in a timely manner.
- Design and Innovation:
- Oversee the design and layout of social media accounts to maintain an appealing and cohesive brand image.
- Propose and implement new features and strategies to enhance brand awareness, such as promotions and competitions.
- Stay Current with Trends:
- Keep abreast of the latest digital technologies, social media trends, design tools, and applications.
- Continuously seek novel insights and ideas to keep our social media presence fresh and engaging.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience in content management and creating engaging social media content.
- Excellent copywriting skills to deliver compelling and persuasive messages.
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics to optimize content for better visibility.
- Familiarity with various online marketing channels to leverage different platforms effectively.
- Basic understanding of web design to maintain visually appealing social media accounts.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with followers and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and multitasking abilities to handle multiple campaigns and tasks effectively.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Social Media Executive.
- Experience with content management and creative content creation.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.
Salary Range (Monthly)
₹ 20,000 – ₹ 30,000
